Immediate Medical Care- IMC South

They were very accommodating and professional. I was in town visiting my family and somehow got Poison Oak/Ivy up near my eye. Being 2 hours from home, I went to IMC. They were very thorough and timely in seeing me, even as a new patient. As the former Clinic Administrator of a clinic, I would definitely recommend their services.

I was ttreated fairly and very well. The only problem with a walk in first come first serve medical facility is more staff to treat patients faster and you would be able to treat more patients. Now normally I'm sure the wait times aren't as long as it has been during Covid, but recruiting more staff to work part-time as needed would be my suggestion, I'm sure you've thought of that already.nOverall I would go back before going other places because of the quality of care I received from the time I walked in until I left. Aces in my book!

We came to get a covid-19 test and when we pulled up to the facility there was no cars to be seen in the area. None in the parking lot. We sat out here for 30 minutes waiting. I called got an answering machine and left my thoughts in the matter. It says on the sign open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. open on weekends. Again I will tell you nobody here during the time of 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. While I was here three other cars came and went. Wish they could have put a note on the door or something to let us know if they were at lunch or something. Very disappointed.

The staff is always kind and helpful. They really do care about their patients, and the place is always clean and orderly. I rarely go anywhere else to be seen when I’m sick!

I went to the west Kellogg location. The facility was very clean and the waiting area was so comfortable that I even took a nap. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor had a very common sense approach and wasn’t arrogant. She listened to my concerns and didn’t pressure me to accept any specific treatment approach just because “I’m the doctor and I said so”. I wish she could be my PCP, but I was traveling and reside in another city. Thank you
