I’ve had great experiences each time with both Dr.Miranda and Dr.Records. All the staff is so friendly(: highly recommend

I came in about a MONTH ago to transfer to see a new doctor. My old doctor retired and I was referred to this location. I went in, signed the paper work to transfer my information, gave them my insurance and ID and filled out the new person paper work. They said they would call me when they got my records. They never called. So I called THEM and the lady was VERY rude, stating she asked for the records but they never sent it and that it's not her problem that I can call and have them send it. Told her that I did the day I did the rest of this information. Told me I couldn't be seen unless they have the paper work for what I need to be seen for. Told her actually that doctor's office doesn't have the paperwork I need to be seen for, I got blood tests done at an OB and my liver enzymes were three times the amount they were suppose to be. Awesome, great, you have the stuff you need let's make an appointment. Made the appointment. Called on my way stating I would be late bc of a train, I was told no problem, you're fine. Get there and wait for about five minutes while the receptionist took a personal call. Then when I check in they tell me I need my ID and insurance again. Stated I accidently left my wallet in my diaper bag which isn't with me but they should have that info already, I already came up once and gave it. Refused to check me in, and also said me being late was a problem. If being late was an issue, you should've told me when I called to let you know. If the receptionist wasn't sitting on a personal phone call then I would've been checked in earlier as well. This clinic is HIGHLY unorganized, blames all the mishaps on the patient and doesn't care what you have to say. Pretty much just shut me down, not caring about the back history of issues I've already had with this place and shoved me out the door. I won't be returning to this clinic is the least to say. From the first to the last experience I had with this clinic it was very less then pleasant. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes to see Dr. and there was only one other patient there. Can't get prescriptions renewed in over a week and called wrong pharmacy.

I''m super impressed with Miranda Vancil, APRN. Because I have moved a lot, I've been to many different doctors/nurses. Miranda Vancil stands out above all the rest. From the very first time that I met her, she has gone the extra mile. She takes the time to truly listen and care about her patients. She is very compassionate. She is knowledgable and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience & plan to return.

Great staff that go above and beyond in the care of their patients.
