I've been totally frustrated with my experience. I purchased a pair of glasses that no one there seems to be able to adjust. I've gone back multiple times and it simply gets worse. Thankfully I was able to purchase another pair that I can wear daily.

Fast and friendly

I have been coming here with my four kids for years. They know my kids personally and when a pair of glasses are broken ( every other month!), they still treat my kids as if they are first time customers with an amazing amount of respect and care! I can't say enough how much I enjoy the staff and how amazing they are!

You almost had a new customer today but since you were not technically open today at 1:27 pm (at least that's what your receptionist told me and then her difficulty in setting my mother an appt.) I left after waiting for 30 minutes in your parking lot for her to return from her break. I felt my business wasn't going to be appreciated at all. I came to your office from across town...I didn't just happen by there. I guess y'all have all the business you want.
