Dr. Gluck took amazing care of my daughter! She had a broken finger and 13 weeks out you can't even tell she had surgery!! He walked is through every step during the process. He always made both my daughter and myself feel like we really understand what was going on. We definitely had a wonderful experience.

Dr Gluck always provides good advice for his patients! And is a great surgeon!

Dr Gluck took time to make sure I understood everything. He was thorough, kind, and a sense of humor. His staff were also highly personable and caring. Hope I never need him again, but if I do I will definitely trust him with my care again.

MADE AN APPT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPT, SHOWED UP TO MY APPT....FOR AN 830 AM....DROVE 20 MILES TO THE FACILITY ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS EARLY AND MY APPT WASNT UNTIL THE AFTERNOON...THAT THE DOC WASNT EVEN THERE....SO THANKS FOR EFFING UP ON THE SCHEDULING OF MY APPT AND WASTING MY TIME AND GAS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY INCOMPETENT. DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY FOR THE EFF UP. WANTED ME TO GO HOME AND COME BACK AT THE OTHER TIME. I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT, I CALLED MY INSURANCE AND FOUND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TOO. IF THEY CAN'T EVEN SCHEDULE THE APPT AT THE CORRECT TIME WHEN THE DOC IS ACTUALLY IN THE OFFICE, I DON'T NEED TO BE SEEN THERE.nALSO I NEVER GOT AN APPT REMINDER PRIOR SO THE MISTAKE COULD OF BEE AVOIDED. NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN.
