Came in on November 11 around noon. Walked in and multiple staff members looked right at me, but no one greeted me. They were not busy with customers. Less than 2 minutes later a white woman walked in and was greeted by the same staff. Search within your souls. Do better. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Always spend way too much time searching for things because the women are always talking and walking away when I try to walk towards them to ask for help. Shop anywhere else or go online. This store is terrible. It’s like this every time I come in here too :(
Kate did my hair and I loved it!
I visited the beauty salon after receiving a good awful haircut from the great clips around the block. I was able to make an apt even though they were booked. The lady was so incredibly compassionate and understanding and took her time to fix my hair. She went above and beyond just fixing me hair, she fixed how I was feeling as well by being so supportive and uplifting. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves some reward for the amazing job she did.
Today was my first time visiting the store and I was very pleased! The lady that helped me was very kind and informative. She was also very patient with all the questions I kept asking. I will be buying all my makeup there from now on.
