Called up one day and the rep was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. After asking a few questions to understand what I needed, he reserved a unit for me with no upfront cost or obligation. It was fast and easy. The next day I went to checkout the storage unit and the reps there were also very fast, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and also not pushy. She showed us the unit, it was clean and easy to access. Everything including the pricing was exactly as advertised with one exception. They added some insurance fee with no prior warning or discussion. I never saw any info online about an insurance requirement nor did the phone rep mention it. Other than that, the entire experience was top notch!
Jasmine at the front was very wonderful. She assisted getting me a storage unit and the paperwork was extremely smooth. Excellent customer service and a great experience.

I worked directly with Angie, the on-site property manager. She was extremely pleasant to work with, always smiling. I needed a storage unit for an eviction and wasn't sure how long I would need it. She was very accommodating, never pressuring me. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit. They have a very clean location, and very friendly personal.
