The lady working there was really nice. She answered all my questions but unfortunately they didn't have the glasses I was looking for.

The worst customer service!! once you paid $300 there is basically no return.. After I bought a pair of Ray Ban and found the old same pair that I lost, I went back to return it in less than a month (with grace period of 3 months). I told everything to the store manager and she did not believe me and made up a scratch theory on the lens to refuse the return by her microscopic eye lenses which did not exist at all.. NEVER BUY FROM HERE PERIOD!

Very helpful,they know what they are talking about,helped me get new lenses,and a frame on sunglasses i have had broken over 10yrs
