I had to grab a phone to speak to pharmacy tech/pharmacist and for the population that has to use the drive thru (elderly, people with small children, pregnant women, people who are ill, etc.) this felt so unsanitary, especially during flu season. After I drove away, I thought that maybe I missed a speaker option but there was no sign communicating that. Also, not as important but still worthy to mention, I was facing a pole vs a face which felt impersonable and probably more difficult for people who need to read lips and facial expressions when communicating. Absolutely nothing wrong with service! Just the unsanitary logistics getting prescription.
