TheNewMutants pretty good movie
Good theatre. Comfy seats. It had a nice cry room. Only complaint is that some of the seats were completely broken in the cry room, but it was fine.
Staff doesn’t even greet you when you walk up to the counter, scrolling on their phones right in front of me, and I paid for our concessions with cash and was shorted over $4 in change but he insisted I had given him $6 when I know I gave him $10 and wouldn’t give me my correct change. cleanliness and quality has gone down so much since regal took over the Wichita theaters. Honestly I’d say go to amc or stay home but they’re closing this week anyways so you won’t be missing much. Hopefully they’re better if they ever reopen but I don’t have high hopes.
Since the new owners took over this place it's never been the same. The price of a movie has gone more than the price of by in the Blu-Ray. The building the food the theater everything about that part is great. No customer service you can not buy tickets over the phone you can not reach a human being on the phone you can not reach a human being on the corporate phone, disappointing. I would recommend taking in a show here.
Infidel was an outstanding movie and I'm happy the East Warren Theater on 13th street in Wichita Kansas showed it tonight before it was released nationwide.
