Very friendly staff. I have sensitive ears & have just recently gotten brave enough to take out the earrings my ears were pierced with (professionally done, at a tattoo shop, after unsuccessfully having them done with a gun about 5 or 6 times throughout my life) & try something new. These ladies talked with me for quite some time & helped me feel better about making the decision to change them out. When I came back the next time to actually make my purchase the gal remembered me & helped me pick out a couple of pairs.nnThese earrings do not have a normal back. The backs on these are so comfortable! I've been wearing them 24/7 for a couple of weeks now, only taking them out to change them. No problems at all! They look & feel great!

Wonderful staff. Helpful and not pushy at all. They listened to what wanted and helped keep me in my budget. So amazing!

They did an okay job piercing my daughters ears. One side is a little crooked. But the worst parts is the quality of the earrings. She’s had them for about 3 months. But the backing of it a crooked from catching on clothes and it’s not very strong. I liked Claire’s earrings a lot better. I used Claire’s with my first daughter and I never had problems with the earrings for 4 years.
