Better experience than at Maple and Ridge. Super friendly staff. My time in the Rock road store was enjoyable even though my transaction creates and we had to redo it.

First time going into a Tmobile store (since Sprint was bought out) and Dillon and his manager took such great care of me and SO FAST. I was in and out on my lunch break with a brand new phone and zero issues. Love my new phone and so thankful the manager was there to show me similar options/compare to my previous phone and sold me the best deal that fit me - not the most expensive. Thanks, guys!

The gentlemen that assisted us with warranty issues for a phone were very knowledgeable and super friendly. The did not try to upsell us to a newer phone at all.

Definitely recommend stopping at this location if you are having issues with a phone. Catlin and Jason make you feel welcomed and they were both patient and understanding! The customer service here is ud83dudc4c
