Waiting out side 1 hr out side.90 F temperature be really nice.I came to the store 1345 hr.just order internet & update payment information.customer care agent is nice guy. This store is horrible store. This is not a my first bad experience with this store. Management sucks here. I called the store to ask about a phone. The manager told me that the phone I asked about was sold out. I then asked about another phone. He then told me that he cannot answer any inventory questions. I explained that I was driving and needed to know before I made a trip to his location. He then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me again. WOW.
Nice people who have no clue. Failed to properly activate phone. Failed to transfer info. Spent 5 hrs 4 different customer service reps to be told I had to return to store to get old to fix .
Absolutely no help at all. Asked about help with my account and a new phone to upgrade and they gave me a 1-800 number to call.
