Very disappointed the last 3 trips I've made to Office Depot on Dugan Rd, Wichita, KS I have received poor service. This trip a young man told me he would be with me as soon as he finished helping the person he was with. I watched as he stayed at the register, chatting. When he left the register he headed over towards the person with the copiers...and then they continued to meander and chat. I paid for what was in my hands and left. I will try one more time, we'll see what happens.
Was just here very helpful and very polite. I will return. They answered all my questions and they were very professional. One of the guys did yell what’s going on but he still helped other customers so not a big problem. I did have customers behind me and I was holding up the line. He did stay professional so I’m not sure why people are leaving bad comments. Thank you to all who helped. I gave 5 stars for excellent service, the employees, and management. Great inventory and friendly staff. They didn't have the product I was looking for but I managed with the mainstream product. I never thought to come here for art supplies but they have a great selection of mechanical pencils which I love to use when drawing.
Staff have always been really helpful.
Customer service can be hit or miss. Generally staff are helpful, but also can let you stand for an extended period at customer service with multiple people working the desk because they are busy having a personal chat with another customer. Not a big fan of Josh.
