Switched to T-mobile. It was a great experience, all the staff was helpful and called me before the deal was about to end, I got the deal and got a great deal.nReally appreciate the staff help and their dedication toward their customers. Gave me an exact bill amount and number which was really good cause I knew what will it looks like.

This store mistakenly charged me $89. The person after me was finishing a transaction and somehow their charge went on my card. The two employees who were trying to help me went above and beyond trying to fixing the problem. However, the problem still persists. The manager said “my hands are tied.” I told him I was coming to the store so we could make the necessary phone calls together so we could fix the problem. He said “that wouldn’t fix a problem, it would create a new one.” It has been 17 days since this charge was made and I still don’t have any resolution. I have been very patient, but my patients has run out. I’m going a different direction now. I going to see if my bank can fix the problem since the manager is so incompetent. The receipt I have shows the other customers name and my card being charged. I have blackened out the customers last name and account name. It wasn’t his fault. Because of this mistake the other customers couldn’t buy his new phone that day. He should be angry too.
Great service from the young lady that helped me today! Keep it up you've earned my respect.
