After searching and talking with many dealers throughout Colorado and Wyoming, John and Huston convinced my family to chose Jay Hatfield Motorsports out of Wichita Kansas. We are super thankful to have worked with them. They tracked down and traded for the exact unit we wanted as well made sure the parts and accessories we wanted were ordered and in place before we arrived. It was worth the drive and adventure for our family and would recommended doing business with them.
Great experience!nJordan was awesome and I appreciated his chill demeanor and knowledge of the bikes. Such a relief that is wasn’t a high pressure sales environment (especially being a first time, female motorcyclist). So excited to get out on the road with my new bike!
I scheduled to have my vehicle serviced here. They told me they were a week out on service, so they had me schedule a week out, and I could get it serviced within a day or two of it being dropped off. It ended up taking 6 weeks.nnI understand people get behind, but I feel we’ve been lied to regarding their real time lines. Unfortunately, I’ll tale my business to another small town outside of Wichita.the drive may be longer, but odds are the communication and repair times will be much better
The service department is truly the best that I have ever dealt with. They are very customer oriented. We will definitely be using them for our Honda Talon from here on out. Their prices beat any that I have called.nIf you have an ATV needing services, they are the place. The manager Shawn is very helpful.
I called Jay Hatfield Motorsports in Wichita to ask about a side by side listed on their website. They had already sold the unit I called about, but called me back a week later to let me know they were getting another, upgraded unit in a few days. They gave me a great price and, given the current market demand, I feel like it was very fair (Good enough to drive 6 hours round-trip to get it!). I would definitely recommend Jordan, Hunter, Houston and the rest of the crew at Jay Hatfield Motorsports in Wichita.
