There customers service could have been a little bit better. Attitude was not on point. Didn’t give me the color I wanted but I still took the color I got. Please work on your customer service please and thank you!
Terrible customer service. I was told to pay for my nails before they did any work, I watched two other women pay for their nails after their service was complete. I WONDER WHY. The customer service here is disgraceful.
It was my first time at this nail salon and my entire experience was horrible. It seemed like the lady who did my nails was inexperienced and gave no effort. This place was not worth my time or money sheesh.
If you want quality nails for your hard earned money DO NOT COME HERE. Worst manicure I've ever gotten was here at Regal Nails, Salon and Spa. Absolute laziness and no concern about customer service. The manicure was poorly done and the ladies who work here should be fired for the disgusting way they treat their customers. I will NEVER step foot in this place again.
Customer service is horrible! Will tell you 15 min wait and have you waiting for 1.5 hrs. Will pull there “ returning customers” First before the people who already been waiting. Act Funny towards colors! This place is a disgrace! Needs to be more diverse!!!!!
