I had a medium tree damaged when a car hit it. They were responsive and quick to provide me a damage assessment and when it was determined removing the tree was best they quoted the tree and stump removal cost timely. Insurance became difficult and progress was significantly delayed over the the tree value but Arbor Masters were able to provide a value (at a reasonable but additional cost) quickly for me to present to the insurance company. I didn't get their names but for both the tree and stump removal the onsite personnel were very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I had used them previously for trimming services but I was very happy with their patience and over the top assistance during what turned out to be a delayed and complicated insurance process. The site was cleaned up well after both projects.

For the last several years my oak tree has been suffering from the attack of the scales. Arbor Masters has come to the rescue with, without exaggeration, the BEST customer service that I have seen in years. Everyone that I have had the opportunity to talk with or meet has always been very professional and helpful, always willing to step out of the box to help save my tree. After spending much time gathering many estimates, in March of this year, I settled on and contracted with Arbor Masters Tree Service in Wichita to remove three huge Elm trees from my backyard and grind all the stumps, all of which they did in a very efficient and timely manner. After that, I noticed a large limb scraping the roof of my office building and immediately called Arbor Masters to remove it, which again, they did very professionally. Then, with the three Elms removed, I could see additional tree trimming and tree removal work that needed to be done in my backyard. Without hesitation, I immediately called Arbor Masters to do it. As usual, the work was completed last week exactly as requested. They even went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Based on the quality of their work, the equipment they have available, and the fairness of their pricing, I don’t need to bother with other estimates when I need additional tree work in the future. I’ll just call Arbor Masters.
