We had a house fire, on Easter Sunday, Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job with ENTIRE rebuild, we were back in our house alot sooner than we had expected. Our expectations were not only met, but were above and beyond. We get to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas at home!nJacob and his crew, were always available when needed, whether it was an adjustment, change, or question. Every detail had his compete attention, no matter how big or small! We would definitely recommend Klein Construction for any job, and they will be the only contractor we will use moving forward! Thanks Jacob and Crew!!

We had Klein Construction do a 5000+sq ft entire custom, high end remodel. They did a fantastic job. The craftsmanship was tremendous, the staff was always courteous, and they were incredibly responsive and fair. This was a huge project, and they were on the ball every step of the way. They completely remodeled 6 bedrooms, 5 baths. Interior and exterior including a screened in deck. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had the stairs in our garage removed and replace by Klein. The two gentlemen that came and did the work were fantastic and did all we could have hoped for. There was no landing provide by the builder of the house (1999 or there abouts), in order for them to try and make the garage look bigger. The two car section could only hold two cars if one of them was a Mini Cooper or a very small electric one. The rise on the stairs did not meet code and were an inch or so too high. My wife has a bad back and it was difficult for her to climb them. We bought the house 3 1/2 years ago and it was time to get this fixed. Now, instead of having the stairs start right at the top when the door is opened, there is a landing to step out onto. The stairs are now off to the right and the rise is much better. It was easy to tell that these two men had been working together for quite some time as they both started in and there was very little talk between them as it was unnecessary. Each knew what the other was doing and just got on with it. We recommend Klein Construction above any others that we have ever dealt with. Great Company.

I felt there were issues with every aspect of the job I requested. I will say their office staff were always helpful (complaining to them seemed to be the only way to get a reasonable response). I’m writing this 3 months after they finished as I’m still salty about my experience (it took them 6 months to finish something they said would take a couple weeks). I had several problems with communication, timeliness and professionalism, all on more than one occasion. When I voiced my dissatisfaction they did give a small discount and attempt to hide the damage they did to a new kitchen hood while installing it with crown molding, thus I gave a second star, however it is never going to be the same unless you replaced it entirely as it was so badly dented from poor handling there is a decent gap between the molding and hood. I felt like a small customer and unimportant to them. I will never use them and am grateful that experience is over.
