Our organization chartered with this company for a trip to Wichita. It was a big mistake. We booked about 20 or 30 trips with this company, they failed to show up entirely for two trips, showed up late another five or six times, and called to reschedule on several occasions. They did not apologize or offer any sort of refund, and some of the buses were extremely hot. The drivers were friendly, and for the most part the fault was not with the drivers but the management or whoever was routing the buses.

I had a very horrible experience with this company. The drivers made many unnecessary stops, were very rude, one of them brought their daughter and she made a huge mess, we almost got in many accidents, they made us late for everything, and they never dropped of us at the location. If I could leave them a zero rating I would.
