Was sent back in line 3 times after being told still working on it but the 3rd time they informed they wouldn't even have it for 4 days after all that I get almost home and noticed they only gave me 5 days because of insurance but was NEVER told or even asked if I wanted to pay for it. Over 2 hours of my day that was wasted and so much stress I was sick from all that nonesense
They are nice to deal with but lines are always long and take forever. Need to improve time in line.
I’ve always found them very professional and helpful. I do try to avoid peak business times.
Dillons pharmacy is always very helpful!
Where to begin? Prescriptions don't get filled for 24 hours unless we tell them it's an emergency. Why would I.show up to pick it up if I didn't want it? Also, have been filled incorrectly.
