This is the best store in all of Kansas. Ariana and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. Have never had a bad experience with them. You want honesty at a Tmobile store this is where it's at. They explain everything and try to help all of their customers get the best deals.
On June 19 of this year I decided to switch from AT&T after 17 years. What the T-Mobile team promised me was not honored even after 2+ months. Made another visit today to try to get help. Madyson was extremely helpful but unfortunately the things promised to be my Adriana was still not completed and the promos promised were taken away Keeping my fingers crossed that by October things will be done....all except the promise of a lower bill.
Had a great experience at this store. Ariana was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with got the best deal I've ever had and the reception is great. I've had no problems with my phone or reception since I've had my phones for about a year
