This is the best orthopedic group in Kansas. Staff are very friendly and competent, my PA John is outstanding, a very good listener, skilled and knowledgeable, and very professional. Dr. Strickland is not only a great doctor and surgeon, he is very down to earth, and will take as much time as you need to help you understand your condition and all the available treatments and procedures. I could not ask for a better team to keep me pain free and on the golf course!

Dr. Strickland has seen several family members- always professional and kind. He and his team are thorough and take the time to make sure we understand the course of action and treatment. I’d recommend him to anyone that has a joint injury or orthopedic issue.

I have rarely experienced the long wait times mentioned in some of the reviews. Usually no more than 30 minutes after my appointment time (which can still be frustrating). Front desk staff is generally very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Strickland is quite good, explains everything in easy-to-understand terms and offers all available options. However, avoid a P.A. named Rochelle. Very unpleasant, rude and of questionable competence. The rest of the staff is so good, I can't understand why such a person has a place in this office.nnI pay extra on my insurance to see a specialist. My last three visits, I have only seen PAs, even though I was assured by the clinic manager (after complaining) that I would only be seen by Dr. Strickland when I visited - the specialist I am paying for. This promise was not kept. I feel that a paying customer should get their money's worth from a service they pay for, especially after being assured that would be the case. Pretty disappointed in the level of customer service.

He's down to earth the best doctor ever so very caring and gives you so much attention ,,never ever have I had a doctor like him in all my years wish I can keep as my regular doctor
