The Travel Junkie, LLC

We booked our honeymoon trip back in January with Lori Stone of The Travel Junkie. Neither of us had ever traveled internationally before, and we wanted to take all the hassle out of booking a big trip with lots of excursions, and Lori found us the perfect place at UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya. The resort itself was spectacular -- amazing food, drinks, views, activities. The resort and all the attractions also did a great job with Covid precautions, like taking our temperatures everywhere we went and sanitizing every piece of equipment, like the ATVs and zipline gear. Lori also kept in constant contact with as we were traveling home in case Tropical Storm Gamma delayed our travel plans. She told us exactly what to do if we got stuck at the airport (luckily we didn't). It was clear she wanted to help!

Becca and Jay helped us plan our honeymoon to Jamaica with some friends coming along as well, They did a excellent job of making sure everything was taken care of from the time we got off the plane til we boarded to leave.... Every thing went so smoothly I couldn't be happier and our accommodations all stayed within our budget we set from day one when we started planning, Thanks Becca and Jay, Can't wait to start planning our next adventure with The Travel Junkie's!!!

We love the team at Travel Junkie. Becca and Jay are the best! I feel like I have told this story 100 times but a couple years back we were going to Orlando the day after Thanksgiving. What do you know, an ice storm was moving in and the airline cancelled our flight for Friday morning. I called Becca on Thanksgiving day and she called me back within minutes. She rescheduled us to fly out of OKC, we drove down there on Thurs night and were able to escape the weather and spend the week at Disney World. I didn't worry about a thing. Becca was there for us when we made the trip and when things went backwards she set us up without batting an eye. We have booked island adventures and simple flights to Vegas with them. We LOVE this place and will continue to use them when we finally find time to travel again!!

Great customer service. I had booked a couple hotels in New Orleans through the Travel Junkie and then I realized I had a couple dates wrong on arrival days. I called them up and they got me taken care of in a couple of minutes with the right dates and 2 beautiful hotel rooms.

My husband and I have gone through The Travel Junkie for all our trips the past 4 years. We worked with Lori and received excellent service. Lori always had great feed back to the resorts we were looking at from her personal experience or her co-workers and clients experiences. She was always prompt at getting back to our phone call and emails. She listens to what we were looking for along with keeping our price point in mind when showing us different places to stay at. We will always go through The Travel Junkie for all our travels.
