I was pleased to see how clean the facility was when we stopped in to ask questions. The staff has been courteous to us each time we went to the storage unit. A smile and wave means much to me. I will miss them when I leave. The facility is close to me and I have used this while my apartment was being renovated. Give them a chance when you need storage.
I love this place for my storage needs. The office manager is very nice, and helps with anything within reason! I had to move to a smaller unit, and Natasha actually gave me 4 days to move. I was very thankful for this act of kindness! I would recommend this place to my friends and family! The units are big and very spacious. The only thing I would say could be improved is the lighting, like more lights are needed above each unit.
Jess was incredibly helpful! She rented to me over the phone to make my move as convenient as possible. I was impressed to see how clean and well maintained the property was upon arriving as well!
I've only been renting here a couple of months but so far everything has been great. The place is clean affordable and Natasha is nice and a lot of help.
So far, my experience with Affordable Family Storage has been top notch. I was greeted by a delightful young lady named Kayla. She was very courteous, professional, and helpful. She explained everything to me about the storage unit I was interested in and even held it for me for a few days until I was ready to go ahead with the rental. I like the fact that the storage facility is climate controlled and appears to be very secure.
