I've stored here numerous times over many years. The facilities are great, but the staff really shines. The manager, Alice, has always been very helpful and a delight to deal with. I will always come back to this location anytime I need some extra storage space.
We were looking for a storage facility and stopped at this location. It is located at a nice location for us. The manger Alice was very helpful to us. She showed us different sizes of storage rooms, which helped us make a decision on storage size. We made us feel welcome and at ease right away. Thanks to her, we rented a facility on the spot, and have not regretted our decision. Thank you for your support, Alice. You are a great boost for this business.
Over the past several years I have stored items at Self Storage and always felt safe when entering the area and know my units security is never in question. At the office, Alice is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend their Tyler and Central unit very highly.
