The people at Powell are wonderful to work with. They try to get to know a little bit about a customer so that they can make recommendations or provide input on decisions as to jewelry purchases. I have also asked them from time to time to appraise some pieces, and they seem to do a good job of being very fair in their assessment. I don't work with anyone else on jewelry for the ladies in my life!
