I’m extremely disappointed in KAY’s as a company. We bought our wedding rings here in 2007. We have had them redipped and cleaned numerous times. Over a year ago we sent my husband band in to be redipped and cleaned and when it can back, it did not even look like the same ring. When I addressed it; the then manager told me I “could not expect to send it in and get it back the same due to the etching”. Sever months ago I stopped in and talked to Jordan and was told “bring it in and we will get it fixed and if we can’t, we’ll get it replaced”. After sending it in two times because it was still not right, I was told it was ready. Again today I went in. It is still not right. I appreciate the effort Jordan gave at the time. However, I was assured that Jordan would call me. I did not get a call, so I tried calling. The first time they hung up. Second time it went to a fax. The third, fourth , and fifth time no one answered. This only makes the situation worse because I have been in the store when Jordan has told other employees to ignore the call because they could see who it was on the caller ID. I’m so irritated and frustrated by the lack of professionalisms and customer care I have received from Kay’s. They destroyed my husbands ring and obviously can not get it right.

Jordan and Brett are so helpful and customer friendly! They are my go to people and always know how to make it right. I had a horrible experience at Zales and from the moment I stepped in the store at new market square they greet you with a smile and will do anything to help you with what you are wanting!

Will never step foot in this store again, Have been dealing with bad customer service here for 4 years since we bought my ring. Center stone kept getting loose and almost falling out and they wouldn't fix it correctly. My ring spent more time in repair than on my hand. It is a 4 hour round trip for me every time I come to this store for help. Had to call corporate to get ring fixed properly. Corporate was very helpful! Last visit waited over 30 minutes and never even got waited on before we finally walked out. Staff is slow and rude. Sit on computer instead of waiting on customers. We will be going to a different store from now on!! Gave them one star because they won't allow you to give zero stars!!
