This location offers a friendly and helpful staff. They offer a great selection of color and painting supplies that beat the big home improvement stores too. Big thumbs up from me.
We recently went to the Sherwin-Williams Paint Store on West Central. Sarah greeted us with a smile; she was most courteous and helpful. She helped us locate the exact paint color we were searching for our kitchen. Fantastic customer service! Great prices, too!

I own the mural business Brickmob and Sherwin-Williams is the only paints we use. They paint great and the SW staff (especially at this location) are always friendly and helpful.
They would rather fill orders inside for customers on the phone then serve customers at at their store with money.. no customer service at all.. very rude will never buy anything at the store again.. I'm a professional painter I've been painting for over 30 years.. I get a lot of jobs to do.. Menards and Lowe's paint is getting just as good as Sherwin-Williams.. Sherwin-Williams will not survive anymore because the other companies have caught up to their paint chemistry.. it's all about customer service now and where you're treated the best at..
