I was notified it was time for my annual inspection, and received notification when the technician would be arriving. He arrived on time, was dressed according to COVID safety standards, was courteous ant thorough. He took the time to explain to me what he had seen and had not seen. I am very confident I am termite free. And, I know if I see any sign of termite activity or am just concerned, the technician will return to inspect.

Please be aware of their fraud charge. They store a credit card information even they said they not. They charge an extra of $1000 over the quote they provide and charge my credit card without my consent. Then after 6 attempts, no one can help me with the refund. I have contacted my bank to provide a fraud charge. I will cancel all my service with them. Be careful.

The customer service of Wichita branch is very horrible. Be aware of there fraud charge on the credit card. I was quote for a job and made a payment over the phone. I was told that my credit card information would not be stored. two weeks later they charge me $1000 extra with out my consent. I have made amore than 10 calls to them and NEVER reached the manager. I never get my money back and thinking of going law suit with them. Their customer service is very very bad and cannot get anything done for you. Useless, not professional, Rude. Do not do service with them. I recommend change and switch your service today.

Terminix terminator did not show during the scheduled time, supposedly arriving 1.5 hours later after our two hour scheduled time. We were not home and he left no notice that he provided a service. Later, we were billed for the service that we were not aware that we received. We have made 6 calls without resolution. The most recent call lasted 55+ minutes in which the Terminix headquarters stated that they have no control or influence over the local branches. We were told upon signing a contract with them that they will spray the outside and interior (we have it documented that we requested the interior) and that is NOT the case. You have to request the interior (which we did) and apparently wait at home ALL day for them to arrive. It feels like a scam. We are going to have to dispute this with our bank. We are awaiting a phone call from the local branch, but I am not holding my breath. Wichita, KS, don't use them. Find another exterminator who will be honest and actually provide customer service.
