I've been a long time customer and for the most part been satisfied with the help I get there. The representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable, I plan to stay a customer for a while.
It took Olga a little over an hour to change my plan from AT&T to a month to month plan with unlimited here. I have been paying a dollar less for the last 7 plus years for only 8GB a month. *** I have had a couple issues with streaming where it shut me down to 3G or whatever which I was told it wouldn't do but we'll see how it goes.
Great people very very helpful.
I absolutely love going to this store. They are always helpful and always makes sure I get my questions answered. I don't feel like I'm being rushed or another number, I always feel like a valued customer. Andy is wonderful and very patient with me. They make the process easy and painless. Love my new S10 ❤
We were on sprint for several years. We had 7 lines. It took months to get sprint to unlock our phones so we could switch to verizon. We have one that is still locked to sprint. This has been going on for about 2 months. We've spent at least 40 or 50 hrs on the phone with them trying to get the all of the phones unlocked. They would say it'll be unlocked in 24 to 72 hrs. We paid cash for all the devices except 2. So there was no reason to have them all locked to sprint. They still locked them up. I don't recommend them. Verizon has more cell towers and better coverage.
