Amazing customer service! Destiny Ryals is an amazing person! She helped me and my husband get brand new phones, phone cases for both phones and me a pop thing for a great price would defiantly recommend going to see if you want a new phone and to have a person with an awesome personality to help you out go see Destiny. Great experience, awesome customer service! The two people that helped us were absolutely fantastic. Sierra and Haroon were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my indecisive husband. They answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We ended up switching our plans from AT&T and Sprint, to T-Mobile and also bought two new phones. We are very satisfied with our experience and we will be telling all of our friends to ask for Sierra or Haroon at their next T-Mobile visit!
