We love Dr. Lopez. She is kind, knowledgeable, works wonderfully with children and their parents. She answers questions thoroughly. The staff is also great & easy to work with.

I use Dr. Pham for my sons pediatrician & she is great and very knowledgeable. I love that they show what percentile my son is in for all categories! They are all gentle and make taking my son to the doctor easy! Definitely recommend this place!

I want this to stay as professional as possible, so I’m not going to put everything on here. I work in the medical field and I was shocked by how we were treated and some of the things the doctor would say. We were constantly upset with their services. Redbud’s office charged my card without my authorized consent (I called them about it and they still processed it), the nurse told us the doctor wouldn’t prescribe a medication after the doctor said she would, and they sent us a letter stating since we switched to a new pediatrician our children can not come to them for services. Spoke to the business manager and she confirmed yes that is true & all of your children must come to Redbud only. Also told me that once your child/children leave their practice it is hard for them to accept your children back as a patient if you do decide to come back because you left. One child cannot use Redbud and another child use a different pediatrician or they will drop all of your family members enrolled in Redbud. Poor customer service.nnAfter reading some reviews on here, I see that multiple people had the same problems as us and were treated the same way.

Dr Vanessa Lopez is one of a kind! Friendly , always satisfied with our appointments.

Love Dr. Pham and the rest of the staff. They’re all so sweet and I feel like they actually care about my children.
