The young women that work here are incredibly friendly and just good workers. Haven't had a bad experience with this location. Food and drink are also pretty good.

The girl in the booth was very rude and had no idea how to make an Italian Bull...when instructed she huffed and puffed about having to make the drink. I feel this girl either needs to go through a customer service training course or not work at Scooters. She definitely gives the West side Scooters a bad review. Scooters is great just go to the one downtown and out east. Avoid being treated with disrespect by not visiting the one out West.
