Extremely fast response time. I sent an email asking for a quote and received a phone call within 5 minutes. They arrived exactly on time for our appointment and were very efficient. Reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.
I emailed the website on a Sunday for quick quote, thinking I would probably be contacted sometime during the work week. Mick called me back within a few minutes of my inquiry and provided amazing service. He was very accommodating, allowing me to pick my time to drop off my shredding, and even offered pick up service! WOW! Great service is an understatement...and SUPER affordable. I will definitely use The File Depot again...SO MUCH LESS HASSLE than hunting for free shred deals, no lines to wait in, no feeding the shred box, no limit on what I can shred, and a certificate of destruction for all the documents I have legal obligation to destroy. Highly recommended!
