New ownership is fantastic. Had an issue with finding parking for employees, and Rusty found a way to make accessing our storage unit fast and easy. Prices are good. Security is good for the price. Good hours for accessing storage.
Our company needed a place to store equipment during over the summer. The owner was willing to meet us on a weekend to show us the available unit. We felt the price and location were great! We can't wait to do business again here next year!
We sold our house very quickly and needed a unit fast. They came in and got us setup on a weekend. We needed an additional unit and they took care of that over the phone for us. Extremely helpful, prompt and responsive. We researched units all over town and this was the best deal as well. They have updated their payment system so paying is very easy to do. We have sent them emails and they are quick to respond. We had a last minute request to get truck access (26 foot UHaul truck) and they made that happen with little notice. You can get a big truck to any unit. I would recommend this company.
