Ordering was simple! Item arrived within a week. It went so well I decided to place 2 more orders. Now I have been waiting for items from both of the orders for well over 11 days even though orders say shipped with a UPS tracking numbers but UPS has not received the items in all this time. Called and were told to keep waiting. Didn't seem like CS really cared about my order. Must happen quite frequently. Why provide a tracking number and mark an order as shipped when 11 days later UPS has not received the item to ship? What's up with this?
good poducts, slow shipping but worth it
The return policy was not clear. We had football and it got canceled. Needed to return the item
Baseball pants were too small, so I gifted them to another player on the team. Closeout price was unbeatable. The order took quite a few days to fulfill & ship, but transit was quick & received well before the date estimated at check-out. I'll certainly check back when I need another pair of baseball pants, as well as any other sports products.
When these guys decide to close out a product, they don't mess around. I just got done buying $200 worth of 49-cent items yesterday, many of which had a MSRP value of over $30. That's not due to wildly-inflated list prices on shabby products, either -- the quality of similar items that I've ordered in the past has been better than much of what you encounter in sporting apparel stores. Note: Steeply-discounted items are often available in only one color and one size.nnTheir non-closeout items (such as sports equipment) are also generally cheaper than online or in big-box store chains for exact-same manufacturer and model.
