There is a big sign on the door that says no face mask required (and by the way it's even spelled wrong)! I will never give this business my money because it is clear that they do not care about the LIVES of the PEOPLE in our community. Full stop.n2nd Response: I just read your RUDE response to me and guess what- Ha ha, that was not me that you confidently wrote about! I did not walk by nor stop at your door. I was in my friend's car the whole time she was parked in front of your store & I never got out- HA!! So, that was just another kind and caring person that was insulted by your selfish broadcast to the community. Also, maybe you should spell check your signs in the future or go back to school & learn to spell !!

I contacted over a dozen jewelers by email about designing a custom engagement ring. I was traveling (in Brazil at the time), but wanted the ring made in my home town of Wichita. I received maybe 4 responses, but Melanie was the only one who responded with any level of enthusiasm.nnThroughout the entire design process, Melanie was very responsive, and really let me lead the design process, offering her input and advice when I needed it.nnShe also helped me to source a reasonably priced sapphire for the ring, and really went the extra mile with some custom design work.nnI was very pleased with the end product, and equally pleased with the process of getting there. My bride was also pleased, and we will be wed next spring.nnI highly recommend Melanie Rene' jewelry, especially for anyone wanting custom work done.nnThank you, Melanie!

Not a licensed appraiser. Told them I need an appraisal for insurance and paid almost $150 for my wedding ring and bands just for my insurance agent to call me and tell me that I have to go get it re-done.
