Great selection, friendly service! They had everything we needed for mask-making (I was concerned that things might be sold out). We got a 50% off one item on our next visit coupon at checkout (excludes big-ticket items) which was a nice bonus.

I was at Jo-Ann's in East Wichita this morning. There was a couple there who perused the store for at least 45 minutes without masks. Masks are mandated in Sedgwick county. The store did nothing. I spoke with the manager and he said it is their policy to give masks to people entering the store without any face covering. Evidently they are not carrying through this directive. I will not shop there again.

Always friendly staff! Great deals! Messy clearance shelves..need bigger space. People wouldn't have to move stuff to see what's there.

Always great choices on fabrics. Definitely great sale prices. Staff all were friendly and helpful. Nice assortment of items in all departments. Conveniently located. Ample parking and spaces accommodate all types of vehicles. Handicap parking and accessible.
