*Edited for update on services used*nnVery helpful staff. I went in originally pretty close to closing time and got out in a timely manor, but I had forgotten an item and I had no clue where it was. I approached a worker at the front and he stopped and told me exactly what aisle I needed. When I arrived at that aisle another worker asked me what I needed to find and took me right to it. I was in and out in under 2 minutes thanks to the workers. I greatly appreciated the help.nn*Used them to purchase and install new carpet in my house. They helped me set up the entire thing easily and finding the carpet I wanted wasn't hard at all. I believe they hired a 3rd party company to install our carpets, but those people were fantastic as well.

Great location, this is my go to hardware store.. I always use the app when I visit as it tells me the location of items and their availability in the store. They also have pickup which is helpful since they will find everything you need and pack it for you to pick up.

Hey...retail stores...STOP CRAMMING THE AISLES FULL OF DISPLAYS AND SHIPPERS. It makes it impossible to navigate your stores. And product on hooks that are attached to the shelf legs...yeah, had one of those stab me on the back today when I was trying to let someone by...who was trying to get around a display taking up half the aisle. And you wonder why consumers prefer Amazon...

After 20 minutes of help, the customer service told me I have to add my card to my pro account on line.nI appreciated the helpful attitude, but this is not the 1st time an associate took some time and could not help. More training is needed.

Customer service was excellent. I was able to find everything I needed in a very short amount of time. In lawn and garden the gentleman even came over quickly to help me pick up a heavy bag of soil to put in my cart. Will definitely continue to shop there.
