Quick service and all answers questioned by the friendly staff! We bought a Pembroke sofa and chair over ten years ago and are changing our decor colors. The set we bought is in excellent shape and has held up over the years. We are ordering the same set in a different color. Can't wait to have the new furniture delivered!!
The entire in store sales experience was one of the best we've ever experienced. Multiple sales staff were more than happy to answer all of our questions, provide multiple color swatches, and even rearrange furniture within the store so that we could compare items side by side. The furniture arrived on the date quoted during the sales process. The quality of the furniture itself is beyond measure; solidly made, beautiful, and functional.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at the La-Z-Boy in Wichita from start to finish. Since we will be new residents to Wichita, we utilized the services of the Designer, Miles Dawson. He was professional, knowledgeable, intuitive and creative. He patiently listened to our plans and made suggestions to meet our future needs. Additionally, he was able to provide 3-D images of our space with the furniture in place. We highly recommend this store, its staff and most especially Miles, the Design Consultant.
They have been great to work with and have found good quality pieces to choose from. We also used their design services, cannot say enough good things about Miles. We are so excited to have our new Den furniture!!!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a furniture store. Designed a custom piece that the contract read would be delivered in 8-12 weeks. Approaching week 12 we called to check status and were told it would be another 12 weeks! Canceled original order and picked out an “in stock” couch, waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered, only for it to be a totally different couch than we purchased!nCustomer service was not helpful during any of the issues. Wouldn’t return phone calls, and flat out tried to dodge us.nWe will never shop at “lazy” boy again, as that’s exactly what the company and its employees are... lazy.
