Havertys always has excellent customer service. They are no pressure. I love that about them. I also think that they are very knowledgeable about their products. They sell quality furniture.nI had a sectional that I purchased from them for 13 or more years. I finally wanted something different and gave the sectional to my daughter. It was in great shape just like when I bought it.
