RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED MERCHANDISE FOR SHOW-OFFS & SNOBS! I ask you, what more can a $41+ pair of salad tongs do for you that a $5 pair cannot do just as well? PRICE GOUGING GREED! YOU CAN GET MANY OF THESE SAME BRAND ITEMS FOR A LOT LOWER PRICE SHOPPING OTHER PLACES ON LINE.
Very helpful staff, walked me through a complicated order with patience, not pushiness.
Their selection is incredible, a little pricey, but I can always find what I'm looking for.
Their return policy is a joke. I didn’t even want to get money back, store credit was fine with me. Wouldn’t let me return it. The guy was less than polite about it as well. This is why these stores don’t do well. Any sale at the the cost of the customer experience. I admit it is a nice store, nice products. However, overhead is too high, and they can’t keep pushing what would otherwise be loyal customers aside.
This was our first time in. We where greeted by friendly warm individuals willing to help with any of our needs. This was such a fun store and my list of wants just double by the time we left. There was so much to know and learn about. If you haven't checked out this place I highly recommend it.
