I had come from another nearby store they were not much help. I came in to this one and Matthew was ready to help. I needed to make a claim on my phone and he offered to do it right there and then. It really comes down to customer service and Matthew definitely showed that today!
I came in with a simple request to activate a new account with 5 bring your own phones. Took them over 2 hours to set up my account and three months later I'm still removing all the add on services they put on my account without my consent!!!
Drea not only delivered World Class service, but went above and beyond to ensure I taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location because of her help. Thanks again!
I purchased 4 iPhone11 unlocked from Best Buy and Sprint support team told me over the phone to go this store to get new SIM cards in order for my phones to activate but the Sprint store employee refused to do that even when I show them the recommendation text from the support team, so today I cancel all of my services of 5 lines and moved to T-Mobil. By far that was the worst customer service I ever received from a wireless service provider in the past 20 years. My recommendation is to avoid them by any means.
Last night was our second visit to this store, both times to upgrade phones. Both experiences have been great but last night Austin and Kyle made the upgrade of two of our phones seem less, quick and fun! They were friendly and knowledgeable.
