The two young ladies there is very informative on the products we bought from there
Great team, fast service, knew their business well.
Christmas Eve and the store manager has bailed on the store and the solo staff member. The employee is great at trying to multitask with a store full but is having some computer issues. She tries to reach out to the manager with zero response. 10 minutes later she texts the manger again and finally gets a resolution.
Avoid this store if at all possible. I went in on my lunch break two days in a row. The first day, I was standing there for about 10 minutes and the 2 employees were sitting with 2 other customers, never acknowledged me or said a word. I was the only other person in the store. The 2nd day I went in and the most rude man literally turned me away and refused to help with my phone. Something about not promoting that they help with this specific issue my phone had-are you kidding me? Well now I’m promoting the store on Rock rd., went in with the same issue and they helped me immediately and were super friendly. I will not ever go to this location because that one employee has zero customer service skills and no desire to be helpful, just rude.
Trey was awesome and very helpful! Highly recommend this location all employees are great.
