Went in to buy a new radio for my car and get it installed. The lady there told me I could get one for $99 and up and get free install included so I did, then she said I will need a cable harness and a adapter bracket so the radio would fit. She seemed confused about whether I needed the harness or not so she talked with her manager and they decided I did not need it. They didn’t have any openings for install at this location but the following day had an opening at the store in west Wichita so she made me an appointment.nnI got there before my appointment time with the radio and bracket and walked up to say I was there for an appointment. The tech looked at my parts and said I would need the harness for him to install the radio and was very apologetic saying the previous store made a mistake. He said he would order the harness since no one keeps them in stock and ship it to my house. He said I could take it to any Best Buy location and they’d install my radio. I left rather disappointed and a few days later got the harness. Since then it appears they’re strictly doing “appointment only” and everything is backlogged at least a month. Meanwhile I have this useless radio and parts I spent over $150 on in my trunk and when I call Best Buy they don’t even pick up the phone.nnTL;DRnAfter now two negative experiences at a Best Buy, despite being someone who grew up going to their stores, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have spent thousands at this store for my business. My daughter just got off the plane from her return from basic. She asked to go here for a new watch, and a new set of ear buds. She went to checkout and asked about a military discount. The clerk looked up and said some stores do offer military discounts but not this location. Why?!?! Is this an owners decison?!?! Who picks and chooses? I will never spend another penny at best buy. I am willing to spend more at a competitors or wait for online orders. This is total BS Bestbuy. The crazy part is a few associates had on breast cancer awareness shirts. Try to support everything and not pick and choose. Shame on you!!!!

I had to wait a long time because of a miscommunication on the part of the store employee. But once it was my turn I received great service. I am 100% happy with my purchase so far. I did just have my first bill and realized I was given wrong info by the same employee. So, clearly additional training needs to happen, but overall good job.

Tried to call to see if they are not doing Apple repairs anymore since they are not coming up on the Apple site as an option for repair anymore. Forget that, they don't answer the phone. Waited 15 minutes on hold and never got a human. Very disappointed. Best Buy used to be a great place to shop... But not so much anymore.
