Wow! I'm impressed with the customer service here!! I called in to their Technology Department here to ask about a laptop trade-in, and they were very nice and understanding in answering all of my questions, as well as giving me some expert advice on what to do next. Thanks guys, for your help!!
The girls in the print center are incredible! I have used several printing companies in the past and this experience was by far the best. We are preparing to be an exhibitor at a local trade show and we needed signage printed ASAP. They did a great job and were happy to help every step of the way. Everything turned out great and ahead of schedule. One thing that stood out to me the most was the awesome team work between the staff this the print center. No matter who was there to help me, they all communicated well together and they all knew what was going on. THANK YOU Suragni, Stephanie and Sarah! I appreciate you all so much!
Very unhappy. Ordered online for next day delivery and i have now been waiting 46 hours. I have called twice and I still do not have my order. Horrible customer service
