The best store in Wichita Jose is a unbelievable tech been with sprint now T - mobile for 15 years. There the best.

The store manager Sam, was standing around and when I asked him if he would look up my sister’s account number, he refused saying that his sales associates could do it. They were all busy helping other customers. He said he needed to be able to greet customers as they arrived. I am a customer and I was in the store. And for the record, NOONE greeted us as we arrived! Poor inexcusable customer service!!!! This was totally an unnecessary and un called for negative experience.

Ian is a very polite and patient employee, he helped us with understanding everything and also to get a very good deal in trade-in...We really appreciate his work with us!! Also, Christine the manager was so nice!! They have a good customer service..

Was greeted by a cheerful store manager upon my entering asked what was my issue or problem with the phone plus personally checked me in the computer herself to wait on an available technician, i didn't have to wait long,the tech Bailey was very kind and informative and had my phone back in sink in less than a minute very helpful and put my mind at ease and made my day. I always come to this sprint store if something is wrong because everyone is so nice, friendly, courteous, and helpful, i recommend this store to all my friends and family, if this sprint store can't correct the issue none of them can. Thanks Sprint for a good experienceud83dude0a.

I called this sprint store telling them that the ups store is closed today due to it being the Fourth of July, and asked if I could bring it into the sprint store for them to ship it I was hoping. The woman I was talking to on the phone told me that their ups guy comes on Monday so I can bring it down today. When I arrived at the sprint location the sr representative told me they can’t do that. I drove all the way there because I was told you guys would do something. It was just a huge waste of time.
