The crew at the customer care counter is amazing! They have helped me numerous times with my membership issues, and has always been so patient. I love the ‘scan and go’ feature that allows me to scan items and pay for them without evening going to a register. This tool has become very valuable during the pandemic. I usually chose Sam’s at this location for the customer service and the convenience of checking items out right from my phone.
I had one of the nicest ladies help me at the customer service desk on today she was so kind and helpful I wished I had gotten her name to put it in this review!!! There need to be MORE people like her in this world!!! Thank you to her and Sam's has a real gem in her!!!!
Great, clean, all patrons masked. No tofu though.
Poor customer service! Called in to check if our when our membership was going to be up and the lady on the phone answer so rudely and very Unprofessional and also didn’t want to help us find out. We ended up signing up for a Costco card 30 minutes later much happier Thanks for nothing Sams you have lost my business and you should look into replacing your customer service reps I will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know.
The server (site) was down , most of my order had been pulled, the staff could not pull up my order. We used my device to pull the cold item's. canceled my original order and checked out again.hopefully the cancellation and credit to my card worked . The staff was great the experience not it was the first time for curb side pick up. Had to go in .no email or contact of problem ,glad I didn't wait another hour before going in live about 40 minutes for the nearest sams so I left early to be at 8:00 time at 9:00 went in ,left at 9:20.
