Best dental office without a doubt. They always treat me like family. I am surprised that anyone could have a bad word to say after leaving here. They pamper you and make you feel like you are the most important person. I enjoy my time with Dr. Gill and her staff and recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Absolutely recommend!nnMy family has been going to Gentility for years. The staff is great, the facility is second to none, and every procedure, from the regular cleanings to the big stuff, is always comfortable.nnI hardly ever leave reviews, but the work that Dr. Heidebrecht has put into making his place different from the average dentist office is obvious, and should be applauded.nnI highly recommend!

The Dentist was nice and quite informative. The hygienist was ok, the cleaning didn't feel very thorough, but my teeth felt and looked clean afterwards. The front office staff however was rude... As if I was doing them a favor by coming in. There are dozens of dentist within a five mile radius, and I decided to walk in there. You would think that would be happy to help in anyway they could. Yet, that wasn't the atmosphere I walked into and certainly wasn't the impression I left with. I can tolerate a lot of things but rudeness isn't one of them.

Went to Gentility for the first time knowing that my teeth needed a few fillings and possibly a crown. I saw Dr. Gill who told me I was going to need a lot more done then I expected to hear. I trusted her and scheduled an appointment for my first crown.... 2 days after the crown I was still in excruciating pain, I called to inform them of this awful pain and they told me over the phone to wait a few more days...I hadn't stopped taking an over the counted pain reliever because the pain was depriving me of sleep. So 6 days later I call again, I'm experiencing horrible pain, I can't bite down, I can't sleep, ect. I call back, they bring me in and claim the crown was too tall, so they fix that issue and tell me to wait another 3 days and it should be better....I wait 3 days, I'm still taking medication to find little relief and have still hardly been able to eat anything in over a week.... I call back 3 days later and they bring me in again, They sit me down with a hygienist who talks to me about being anxious concerning dental work and the dentist and that dental work does cause discomfort. I did all I could to tell these people that something was wrong and that I was really in a lot of pain... I had never had a crown before but I knew something was wrong.... I was also aware that Dr. Gill was in that day and I actually saw her walk by and she didn't even check on me... I know for a fact she was aware that I was having issues....if it was me who did the service I would be in constant contact with that patient to ensure things got fixed. This place may look acceptable on the outside but their service to me as a patient was absolutely unacceptable. The last time I went in even the front desk was rude to me. I usually don't post reviews but this experience was so bad I wanted to save anyone from going through a similar situation. I ended up going to see an oral surgeon Dr. Triolo in rose hill ks who did a root canal on that tooth and within 2 days I was better. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Triolo, he is honest, and his patient service is outstanding.... When I was recovering after the root canal he called me twice within 2 days from his personal cell phone to check on me. His service is beyond acceptable. Definitely worth the drive to rose hill.
