Our family loves Dr. Leatherman! A beautiful office, friendly dental team... I highly recommend him to friends and family!

This was my 1st visit to repair a broken tooth. The front office was very friendly making me feel at home immediately. My visit had no surprises. Everything was explained to from how the problem looked, how he wanted to fix the problem and the cost of the procedure. I will be making him my dentist. You should also consider having Dr. Leatherman becoming your dentist.

I would not recommend this place as a family Dentis. This elderly woman up at the front desk is incredibly rude.nMy very first time going there this lady charged me my husband’s missed late appointment fee without my approval.nThen they sent me someone else’s information what all they had done and how much they owe and etc in the mail.nI called in and canceled my appointments a couple of times due to my stolen card. I asked The elderly Lady up at the desk if they could do billing she told me no so I told her OK how can I make my appointment if I don’t have a card how can I pay so I had to change my appointment.nThe second time I called in and canceled due to family problems and death in the family. The exact same lady like always was incredibly rude and was talking down upon me.nSo I didn’t go to them for months now but I have a tooth problem I called them and set up an appointment I asked if they could take me in the morning because I need to drop my husband off at the airport they said no everything is booked for today so they booked me for a 9:30 appointment the next day.nI called to see what I could take because I was in really bad pain they asked me if I could come in at 3:30 that day I told him I couldn’t because I need to take my husband to the airport I told him that a couple times.nThe exact same lady told me that I need to cooperate!!nI showed up to my appointment in the morning the next day the lady at the desk said that she didn’t see my name down.nShe went to the back brought the rude lady out and the lady in a rude voice was like I called your phone and left you a voicemail first of all I don’t get voicemails on my phone I don’t have my phone set up to receive voicemails second of all I never got a phone call from them saying that they canceled my appointment.nShe just looked at me rude and said what a convenience. I have my two young boys with me that day I asked to speak to her boss.nSo she went and got the doctor the doctor sat and talk to me for a little while but I didn’t like what he said about one thing.nHe told me that he wasn’t going to give me medication for the pain because he thinks I would abuse the power of medicine so that’s basically calling me a drug attic.nI have never abused any kind of medicine in my life I’m a nurse I work at Wesley hospital I have three children.nSo after a good five minutes of talking to him he told me OK you convinced me I’ll take you back and I’ll see what’s going on with your tooth.nAfter he got done he prescribed me some medicine. LolnThen I got charged $400 just for him going in and cleaning out a tooth and putting a cap over it so I could call some other Doctor to get a root canal done.nThis place over charges you so please if you wants a good family dentist look somewhere else.

I have been using Leatherman's Dental services since they opened their office on Woodlawn. They have continually demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend them.
